Funny thing about black and white. You mix it together and you get gray. And it doesn't matter how much white you try and put back in, you're never gonna get anything but gray.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

And now I'm up extra super early and everyone is gone. Darn it all to heck.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Oh vw, that sucks. Good luck with the therapist/psychopharmacologist.

Also, psychopharmacologist has too many syllables.

I know. It takes way too long to type!

Hey. New board.

Hmm. Definitely sounds plausible, vw. But then, i don't know a whole lot about medical stuff.

Good morning.

Also, am leaving the hotel so no more WiFi for me. (So I gotta do the post-n-go thing....)

Yikes. Although I have to admit I am all of those things right now and for me it's just jet-lag, which is why I have been sleeping only four or five hours a night for the last week. Still, very wise of you to monitor things closely and get them checked out.

Art Crawl!!!

Good morning everyone.

I had things I needed to do today but I seriously looked at my left leg (which aches) and even I can tell that it is swollen compared to my right one. Not just the knee but from the ankle up. I wonder if this is partially because I ran out of my bp meds yesterday. (One of my errands is picking up my prescriptions. That one I must do -- the rest I believe I will put off.)

I wore my new knee support to bed but had to take it off in the middle of the night because it was irritating my skin.

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

sumi, do you wear anything under the brace? I've heard cutting up a pair of nylons and wearing just enough under the brace that it keeps it from rubbing can help.
