I like my job. I like the people I work with on a daily basis. I like my schedule. For the most part, I get paid well for what I do.
I do not like not having my assistant. I do not like trying to delegate work, not getting help, and then being told that I am not trying hard enough to delegate. I do not like having my raise be dependant on people who do not work with me, do not talk with me, and do not ask me questions. I do not like having my annual review say one thing and then have my raise be based on something that was never brought up until today.
