I like my job. I like the people I work with on a daily basis. I like my schedule. For the most part, I get paid well for what I do.
I do not like not having my assistant. I do not like trying to delegate work, not getting help, and then being told that I am not trying hard enough to delegate. I do not like having my raise be dependant on people who do not work with me, do not talk with me, and do not ask me questions. I do not like having my annual review say one thing and then have my raise be based on something that was never brought up until today.

Thanks all. My local folks here are trying to see what they can do for me. I'm not holding out much hope. I just want to get through the next 2 years, shoot 18 months...then I can seriously look elsewhere.
Work is helping to pay for school, so on top of all the likes I listed, I do have some added incentive to try to stick this out.
