Oh, I get it. You just don't like who did the rescuing, that's all. Wishin' I was your boyfriend what's-his-height. Oh wait, he's run off.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

All is well that ends in pizza.

I saw 1G ones at Target for $25 or so. If they won't ship APO, I can get them to you.

eta: wait, I lied. that was apparently a sale price in store.

True - but the 256 meg ones are $15 bucks every day of the week.

Our wings are not tired.

Yikes, EM doesn't need that crap.

Yay meara! Sounds like a lovely first date.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Jeezus Jumping Popcicle Stick, Hec! Hasn't that woman been through enough?

I put in an order for Less Shit, but it seems to be delayed in Memphis at the FedEx hub.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Em's life needs to become far more boring and quickly. Poor thing.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

today:

1)The power went out for about two hours - between 430 and 630...This is the talk of the town. It was TWO hours, and when most people were sleeping. crazy

2) My boss called me a poopyhead. because another library called about me. Which pretty much means a job offer ( I have no idea if I am going to take it. That anxiety is for another day) But my boss called me a poopyhead.

And a Xanax scrip. Seriously, she's flipping out like eighteen mammals.

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

Yay for good dates, meara!!

EM's life needs some serious boredom right about now. Yikes! That's just horrible.

(pssst! beth is a poopyhead!)

Librarian Warlord

And a Xanax scrip. Seriously, she's flipping out like eighteen mammals.

This rubs me the wrong way, Hec. I can't help but think that she's got a perfectly good reason for flipping out. And also, any time a male of the species suggests that a female of the species is getting hysterical over something and should be medicated -- well, my hackles are raised.

Calm ~ma for EM.

I have to wonder, beth, if your boss told the other library you're a poopyhead. Now that would be a reference worth some discussion!

Actually used the word "poopyhead"?!? Wow. Even in jest, that seems a little odd out of anyone over the age of four...

OK, is it time for my next date yet? Cause really, this whole "going to work" and "calling and setting up a date" and "waiting for it to be time for the date" thing is going to be LAME, I can already tell.
