Oh, Laura! I'm glad you are okay, but that guy is a complete dick. What an ass! The smites here are well-deserved and then some.

Spike's Bitches 33: Weeping, crawling, blaming everybody else
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Laura, I am so sorry this happened to you. I hope they catch him, and most of all, I hope you don't have too much trouble from any of this.
Here's identity theft and credit bureau info Ginger and Nora so kindly gave to me, when I had a different issue.
[link] What to do in case of identity theft. The page also has information if you are at risk for identity theft, like you are, right now.

Stopped by Jeep dealership. Service guy was uninterested, but said the only Jeep of that description that came in was towed last night. I've done nothing today except deal with this shit. I hope he pitches it somewhere easily seen by the good people that I believe are the majority.
Thank you very much Cindy!
Laura, Words can't describe the ire. Good for you for being proactive! I'd offer more smite and advice, but the Empress' smite can not be beat, and the rest of the bitches has given a ton of great advice. So, I'll just offer :: Hugs ::
Something to cheer ya up (and the rest of the list) A fun link to play with those annoying telemarketers. It has sound, so turn up the speakers (or if your at work, and can't listen... well, use your own discretion). There is written transcription of the fun. Anyhow, the link... enjoy! Telemarketer fun
Ha, that was great!
You may have already done this Laura but check with your cell phone company for activity on the phone. They may also be able to track the location on the phone.
(Loaning Laura Omar for advanced smitage...trust me, he'll...handle things.)
I didn't get far with Sprint on the phone, except to turn off service. You'd think a fancy schmancy phone like that could be wiped remotely. I'm stopping by their store after I pick up Bobby at the bus stop. The people in the store are more helpful than the ones on the phone, and really, so tired of being on the phone today.
It is probably good that Brendon is out of town because he would be driving up and down streets looking to find and smash the guy. And really, as satisfying as it would be for him, this wouldn't end well.
Yeah, Sprint's phone service blows the largest of the donkey balls.
