Now I'm kind of curious if anyone from my very small high school is on LJ. Kinda doubt it, but gonna go check.

Spike's Bitches 33: Weeping, crawling, blaming everybody else
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
I want to see many people again, preferably in smaller clumps, though. We should have a party at Laura's house!
Woo Hoo! I'd suggest doing this in winter. My birthday is in February. I'd enjoy a housefull of Buffistas. Y'all can stay here.
Oh my, Nick is 21. You did a good job there MamaDeena.
I don't know if I listed my HS in LJ. I wouldn't remember anyone anyway. I think I was high at the time.

How's Stephen doing?
I checked my high school. There are only two people on LJ who were there at the same time that I was. One is a few years younger, and I'm not sure who she is. The other is three years older, and I think I might know who that one is, but I'm not sure.
There are a total of four journals listed for my elementary school, and three of them are the same person.
My high school doesn't come up in LJ, which doesn't surprise me. Blogging is probably considered fairly "worldly" in that environment.

"Worldly" as opposed to "Godly"?
"Worldly" as opposed to "Godly"?
Yes. Exactly.
I looked for my High Schools. Apparently neither of them exist anymore. Utica Cathoic Academy not listed, JFK was my HS most of the time, but it is now a middle school. I wonder when that happened? I know one person that was a year ahead of me. I should ask her. If I cared. Which I don't.
Back to work, and making the boys work.
Yes. Exactly.
Huh. I didn't know you went to a religious high school? What was it like?
I went to a Lutheran grade school. It was pretty conservative, but not fundamentalist.

Um. Want the novel or the short story?
It was fine. I didn't know anything different. I went to fundamentalist Baptist school from pre-school to graduation. Looking back I go, "Huh. Interesting. That screwed me up."
Things were actually a little more difficult for me, because my mom taught at my high school, and was not a well-liked teacher until my class was seniors. So, that made life a bit more interesting than I would have liked.
It was small. My graduating class was 13 people. So, friendships were forced and cliquish. Other than that, it was school. Oh, I missed the day we talked about sex ed. Notice, it was a day. Mostly, though, it was just school.
I was lucky, because I got to take orchestra and IB English at the local public school. So, I had a few more opportunities than a lot of other people in that environment.
