I can't get into livejournal. Is anyone else having trouble?
Gunn ,'Not Fade Away'
Spike's Bitches 33: Weeping, crawling, blaming everybody else
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
They're jaded at age six, Fay? That's sad. I see that here, some (although not with my own). I think Ray and Christopher would get along famously.
Hec, good job with that handsome son of yours. As far as I can tell, you're 2 for 2 in excellent human production. How's EM doing?
Jaded at six is sad. I think I could still get my 14yo with the sock monster. Depending on the moment of course, because 14yo = moody.
Awww Emmett. There are going to be so so many girls crushing on him. Poor EM. Freaky scary stuff.
Hope the ouchy is better this morning Hil.
billytea! Yes, I am about to storm the castle. And I talked the parents into voting for the Democrat for governor here. Mom is a lifelong Dem, but she and step-dad are also Catholic and have issues voting for a pro-choice candidate. We talked. I reminded her of all of the issues. I also reminded her that she is a Democrat in all other issues. I reminded her that pro-choice is not pro-abortion. I also reminded her that the pro-life candidates are also pro death penalty, which horrifies her.
Anyway, she told me this morning she and s-d are voting for the Democrat because of the FCAT issue. (stupid Florida standardized testing) So Yay me for changing their minds!
We are all voting for the Republican for Agriculture post because really he is the best choice. And I was going to vote for the Republican for my state rep, but he is going to win by a huge margin anyway, so I'll vote for the Democrat just because Rep guy is a jerk, although an effective for my district jerk.
And babble done because I have to find pants for my son....
I'm just waiting for the endless barrage of increasingly nasty campaign ads to end. I've found that when someone asks about how I feel about the election results, if I'm not sure of their position, it's always safe to say "I'm so glad it's over!"
"I'm not the baby. The baby needs that focus now. I can just go to bed."
Oh, man, this made me cry this morning. Aw, Emmett.
I voted today, yay!
Ray sounds unbearably cute.
My shoulder's feeling somewhat better this morning. Still a bit sore, but much better than last night.
Emmett: So I'm not like [EM's crazy psycho ex]. He won't accept his rejection.
And he's already far more mature (in the good way) than so many adults.
I'm just waiting for the endless barrage of increasingly nasty campaign ads to end.
Oh, yes. Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes.
(ETFTypo.)

I loved the ad Jon Stewart showed accusing some guy's opponent of voting to taser 7-year-old kids. The expression on the 'I don't want to be tasered" moppet's face was priceless.
It's all over but the counting. And the lawsuits. And the crying. And finger pointing.
But I got my sticker.
Oof. Emmett kills me with his maturity and awareness.

Oh hell yeah. Though the Allen and Webb ones were starting to get kind of amusing. I particularly liked the big "Censored" stickover over the novel.
