Heh. I got an Official Letter from them yesterday. It turns out that my IP address was identified as one that was uploading S60 episodes. Which I had totally forgotten about, because the show started annoying me about a month ago and I'm not even watching it anymore, despite my initial intense love for it.
Please note that the letter says *up*loading. Nowhere in the ToS, which they sent to me to re-read for my edification, does it say anything about having a problem with *down*loading, under any conceivable alterante definition/euphemism of "downloading." Just uploading.
The program I use is Azureus, which, like other torrent-based programs, will not let the user choose to *only* download but not upload. Hence, the problem.
If I send back the Official Letter indicating that I've removed the "offending material" from my computer, I should be good.
