Harsh would be coming in here and being dismissive, or calling me stupid for even thinking that.
This is normally where my brain starts to think that saying bullshit could come off as dismissive or seen as saying you were stupid for even thinking what you were thinking. And this is also where I'd normally just slink off and go finish whatever work I'm supposed to be doing, while reminding myself that internets make the mind-reading difficult and that I should either be more precise or just shut the fuck up.
But, rather than slink off, I just wanted to say that I truly hope I didn't come off as dismissive or obnoxious. And I'll be thinking good thoughts for you this weekend.

Basically, you can think I'm crazy, even TELL me I'm crazy, as long as you pat my head and tell me I'm pretty afterward. (Though I prefer "stunning" or "gorgeous" or something similarly over-the-top.) (And I prefer it more if you can make me believe it.)
Teppy, I think your reaction is completely understandable. I also think that you're gorgeous and smart and witty and geeky in all the fun and glorious ways, and The Boy knows that. So, please try not to drive yourself insane with worrying.
