There are no words. Aside from holy shit.
well, we don't know that they were clergy.
True. Actually, one would hope not.
::passes Kristin the good tissues with lotion, and brews more tea::
I am now off with Sara to that bastion of Rainy Day Motherhood, a McDonald's with a big old Play Place. Despite having missed two separate deadlines, and the fact that I dodged call from one editor this morning, Sara is beginning to think that Noggin's Moose A. Moose is Mommy, and that other little kids only exist on TV.
So. Tired.
Insomnia again last night. Didn't get to sleep until around 3 AM, then woke up at 6 AM and didn't get back to sleep until 6:30 or so, and then my alarm went off at 7:45.
Today is going to be a long day.
Ooof, D. I am so sorry. Hate it when that happens.
Yeah. I've been fighting a bout of insomnia this whole trip. Just want to get home.
And then sleeping forever or are you gonna have to jump back into work right when you get back?
hangs head in shame
Absolutely no shame necessary. The sick was a totally fair tradeoff for the weekend. A bargain even.
If it's any consolation, M has it, too. Also, I started feeling reasonably human by Tuesday, so it doesn't hang around that long.
That is actually good news. I felt kind of lousy yesterday, but today is much worse. I have to go to work tomorrow, so I'm hoping this is the worst day.
I have some time to sleep and actually see Kristin, but then on Monday it's off to South Coast Rep to put up Xmas carol. I will see all of you for Turkey Day though.
YAY turkey day!!
It's looking to be a smallish crowd this year.
Oh, Aimee, Jen is coming. She just is not so savvy with the technology. Even evite.
Ha! She's a chick. I KNEW it. Not because she writes "like a girl" (which is a whole other conversation - and, fwiw, she doesn't), but because of the whole Big Gay Wincesty Subtext.
Aww! As you'd say, bless!
I still don't fall to the commies. I like it like that.
