Lee E. Goodman, chief counsel for the Republican Party of Virginia, said the GOP is concerned about a number of glitches involving new touch-screen computer voting machines.

"There were many machine breakdowns reported yesterday and that means there was probably more paper utilized in the election yesterday than we're used to traditionally," Goodman said
