OK, I know this was now a while ago, but!
I do not have a hotel for Africa and no one is getting back to me!
Dude, my coworker got negged by a hotel in Guatemala for SUNDAY. And she still got a room just fine. OK, it was like $10 more than the other one, but still.
So b/c of the hottie Ryan talk here, I decided to try and watch the OC. I've been paralyzed withnot caring about the story, so Iturned the sound offto just wait for the pretty. Not pretty enough. I've moved to Lost. Hopefully I have not missed all the HAWT.
OMG! squee!
SERIOUSLY?!? Seriously.
msbelle's being that thing she uses the c-word for.
I flew to Africa and no one met me at the airport as planned. Nice Zambians took me home and let me shower overlooking the Zambezi gorge at sunset, fed me (ok, food was weird) and gave me g&ts. (Songwe Village. Featured in the first TAR.) It will work out.
And that made me nostalgic and so I googled and seriously? This is the room I watched sunset from: [link] While indulging in copious hot water. There is no glass in those windows.
ok, I am not worried about getting anyplace, but seriously, there are 4 hotels that are recommended and of those 2 have had recent reports of flooded rooms and no hot water. Getting a atxi at teh airport will also not be a problem, but having a driver that understands adoptions would also be nice, they can help translate for mac and apparently have been very helpful with other families in communiocating emotional issues from child to parent. So yeah, I know something will work out, but c'mon, this is me. Planny mcplannerson and master control freak.
enough of that, back to tv. oh how I've missed this on my tv.
I know. We are just here to provide positive reinforcement.
My poor officemate was kind of freaking out. But she got on the phone (instead of email) and everything worked out.
Dudes, I am drunk. Accidentally. I hate that!
sadly, didn't make up for the rest of Virginia, but the big spread did make me happy for the DC area, if nothing else.
See: My tagline.
I was surprised that Prince William and Loudoun Counties both went for Webb. By narrow margins, true, but they're traditionally the most right-wing parts of metro DC.
I think the quota is 57; that's the smallest possible winning number.
This is right. (I've taught weighted voting in a couple times before. When it asks for the quota like that, it means "What's the smallest number of votes that one side can get and still have more than the other side?" And yeah, the dummy is 13, and no one has veto power.)
