Me too! I thought it would be close but I really didn't think he'd win. He's been mayor for the majority of my time in B'more so maybe that's part of it? I really feel like I've seen his rise to prominence. I saw him way early in his first campaign for mayor at a meet the candidates night at a community council meeting in my neighborhood. He immediately struck me as someone who'd go far in politics.

Huh. The opposite of what those rightwing blog people predicted.
When Clinton was elected, Limbaugh said the stockmarket falling was proof that Clinton sucked.
I have the feeling Limbaugh won't be consistent on this issue.
