Me too! I thought it would be close but I really didn't think he'd win. He's been mayor for the majority of my time in B'more so maybe that's part of it? I really feel like I've seen his rise to prominence. I saw him way early in his first campaign for mayor at a meet the candidates night at a community council meeting in my neighborhood. He immediately struck me as someone who'd go far in politics.
