I sometimes have problems with touch screens when my fingers are cold. They are. But then the damned thing would register my nails or my finger, but not both consistently. And since I have nails of length, half the time, it selected the wrong entry at first. Very annoying.

Huh. Some Ohio polling places in the Cleveland are staying open an extra 90 minutes b/c, apparently, of fuck-ups that happened early today.
Which means that the goddamn election returns for Ohio won't be reported for ANOTHER 90 MINUTES.
Though CNN is calling the OH governor's race for Strickland, the Dem. candidate. So I tentatively say woo. And hoo.

I have voted. My polling place is mac's school's cafeteria. There were 2 sets of polling observers!! 2 SETS!!
And now watching PBS people talk about whether or not the federal government should take over monitoring polling places. I think someone was actually arguing that they should so that it will be uniform. I wonder if this person has flown in the last few years. Cause the TSA? NOT UNIFORM PRACTICES!

And I'm learning that the Michigan governor is facing the former head of Amway, of all people (I bet he's got a great door-to-door campaign network).
