I get confused. I remember everything. I remember too much, and... some of it's made up, and... some of it can't be quantified, and... there's secrets.

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

Mariah Carey's favorite singer? Steve Perry. 'Nuff said.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I'm really sure that I thought Steve Perry was in Aerosmith.

Googling has shown me why.

Because Joe Perry is in Aeorsmith. I often start off saying Steve, no that's wrong... Joe! Joe Perry is a hottie.

Well. Often? I don't really talk about Aerosmith all that often. Still.

I saw Journey in concert back in the day at an RFK Jam. I went to two. Foreigner headlined the other one. I forget who was at which show, but there was also Joan Jett, The Tubes, Bryan Adams. So fun.

See, Joe Perry and Steve Tyler are in Aerosmith. I think my brain was trying to save space.

Man, the LFB and Colin TV movie was bad, but the jewellery was great. I wish Froogle read minds, so I could find that lovely necklace she wore -- sort of like this except the choker was wire and went through the stone about 1/3 down. Longer stone, too.

What is even happening?

And that's saying something. MV is just one of those places where the restaurants are an eternal disappointment.
Yeah. I haven't been to the Vineyard in years, but I thought the food was over-rated (in general, island-wide, I mean). We rented a cottage the years we went (early 90s, with a big bunch of friends, before we were married) so a lot of times, we barbequed, or had lobster and steamers, etc. The night we went to Neely's restaurant was probably our one night out at an expensive place.

I think Todd English was in on Neely's place ("Decoys" maybe). Before English went Hollywood and became a brand name of sorts, Boston area people expected his food to be good (and it wasn't cheap), so it was even more of a disappointment.

Oh, der. You said Google had shown you why. I read hadn't.

What's the name of Colin's movie? Lifetime, right? I want to catch it on repeat if I can.

It's called The House Next Door. Starring, it seems, Lara's lips. And the odd continuity error, made more apparent by the wardrobe lady's attempt to impress with every outfit. That way you notice when there's no continuity in dress.

Thank you.

Yeah, I need to see these lips; I've heard tell they're quite something.

Unrelatedly, spiced pecans just about ready to come out of the oven. I hope they're good. I haven't made this recipe before.
