Played with Kaylee. Sun came out, and I walked on my feet and heard with my ears. I ate the bits, the bits stayed down, and I work. I function like I'm a girl. I hate it because I know it'll go away. The sun goes dark and chaos has come again. Bits. Fluids. What am I?!

Our wings are not tired

The last few tracks on shuffle in iTunes for me have included Mozart's Magic Flute, Reverend Horton Heat, The B-52's, Pink Floyd, Erasure, and William Shatner, IJS.

I have a weird fondness for Journey that I can't seem to shake.

I vividly remember the day I bought that album in high school. For some reason, we ended up walking all the way home from the mall in the next town. Uphill, both ways.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I have a weird fondness for Journey that I can't seem to shake.

And I hate myself for it.

Why the hate? No hate! Everyone loves the Journey!

"Oh Cherie," OTOH... Edit: It was Sherry, wasn't it.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

And they only had the album in wax cylinder format, right?

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Everyone loves the Journey!

Well, not everyone.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

There's definitely a critical mass of (possibly ironic) Journey-love out there in the Gen X zeitgeist, though.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Well, as long as I'm helping.
Didn't say helping, just validating.

Wonder if I still have any LA Guns...

It was the cranking the Victrola that did me in.

meara, it's currently the university conducting the investigation, and one of the techs (who has been with this lab and boss for 15 years) can't talk, as in a smile when my brother asks if he's got a good lawyer. The boss brings in millions a year in pharma research money. My brother has had some ...interesting exchanges with her over data that makes him wonder. So he'd currently going over every experiment he's run, every paper that's had his name on it, who has worked on all of it, etc. It's to his advantage that he's a right bastartd about his reputation. But he's putting out feelers to other labs and has gotten a few bites.

I didn't do much of anything today. It was ok.

The iTunes store has LA Guns. And yes, I've been dithering on purchasing "Hollywood Vampires" for months now.
