Art Crawl!!!

If anyone else is watching Jericho, did they show what the message was that Hawkins got ?

I don't know if I missed it or if they just didn't show it.

cutiepie saracakes and fluffy bunny

SO DEAD.

And for the record, I noticed surprising to me small fists of fury on TWO people posting here. But I'm circumspect and all that shit. So not deserving of the treatment I get here.

Macy's ate Hecht's here, and since both were anchor stores at a lot of malls, they (malls) have vacant anchors at at least one end. Kinda sad looking. Still can't figure out why they chose the Hecht's location at Owings Mills, because I hate that space.

I kept having to look away for the first half of Bones. I have glurpy fluid issues.

I came home to a regrouted and fauceted tub. Going to try to keep the grout relatively dry when I shower tomorrow, but other than that, screw 'em for not notifying me. Had they, I would have made other arrangements.

Watched Eureka last night. Did anyone else think it nuts that at the end they moved back into the smart house after it trapped them for 24 hours, nearly killed them, and did kill a pizza delivery boy.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

Sail, it was Booth in tighty-whities.

Because books.

I like Macy's.

I missed Bones in favor of America's Next Top Model, because I am hopelessly addicted. It's a sickness, really. But Tyra's breasts are so lovely to look at!

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

People in Brooklyn/Queens, were there fireworks over the East River?

I didn't hear anything.

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

I realized it couldn't be nekkid Booth at the very end of the show. Which (the ending) really, really pissed me off. I do not like Cam, no matter how sympathetic they've tried to make her.

Typo Boy, check out Boxed Set for reactions to Eureka last night.

Macy's is fine. I hold nothing against it as a store. Just some of their business decisions haven't benefited my shopping community at this point. Other department stores are supposed to move into the vacanted locations, but they haven't yet. The changeover wasn't at all seamless and in fact, trashed the OM Hecht's property during it. Think a Marshall's of TJMaxx during back-to-school. Like a bomb hit, with no real discounts. Last time I ventured in, it wasn't that much improved.
