Angel: Eve. So, I guess we should, I don't know, talk? Eve: About what? Angel: About what happened back there with us. Eve: Angel, it's not like this is the first time I've had sex under a mystical influence. I went to U.C. Santa Cruz.

hivemind question: officially, is it known as the Nobel Prize of Peace, or the Nobel Peace Prize?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Time Warner sucks. My internet connection is down (currently purloining bandwidth) and it took me two calls and 40+ minutes on hold to find out "Yeah, there's an outage. No we don't know when it'll be fixed." The first time I called, the automated system hung up on me after a few minutes, telling me to call back later. I despise that.

I can't believe I've started thinking about next year's Halloween costume. Sheesh.

Happy birthday. DCJ! Happy anniversary, Jilli and Pete!

Shit's all sorts of different now.

ita, today is the TimeWarner switchover and shit. We're having intermittent outages here, too.

Their phone customer service sucks even more Adelphia. I called for work and spent 30 minutes with them troubleshooting, etc only to have them say, finally, that she was residential help desk, not business. She transferred me and then I just gave up.

According to the official web site, [link] it's the "Nobel Peace Prize".

Also, "Hi Nora!"

Also also, thanks again for the lift on Friday.

Also also also, the Birthday Brown Ale is a TASTY beverage.

Thanks, Frank!

Glad you liked the ale! (a favor- could you save the empty bottles for us?)

Signed,

What is even happening?

I can't believe I've started thinking about next year's Halloween costume. Sheesh.

My kids have, too.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

You haven't lived until you join flu with stomach cramps. I think I have what that guy in Alien had-- what was it? Alienitis?

Happy birthday, Daniel!

Thanks for the wishes, folks. It is indeed our (ninth!) wedding anniversary.

Ah, I was wondering about that and, yes, I have saved (and rinsed) the bottle of the one I've drunk (consumed while watching HEROES and also watching the Pats stomp all over the poor Vikings).

Will do likewise with the other one when I get to it (if it lasts through the week, I will be surprised - it is teh YUM!)

Alienitis cancer?

Oh shit, now I have "Maybe it's a tumor." " It's not a toomah!" going through my head from a movie I've never seen!

The stupidity that is my brain aside, you poor thing.
