Hmmm. I'm going to be holed up writing all weekend, and feel like I should get myself a yummy dinner. Not looking for a total calorie-fest, and something that will reheat well.

Roast chicken? You can vary the sides, roast beans or something with it, convert to chicken soup when the carcass is picked over.
