Oh, wow. This place looks great. Oh, I feel like a witch in a magic shop.

It is too warm in my office and I don't want to work. Want to trade?

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

Hah!

I am just right in the temperature dept. But I also am sleepy and I don't want to work. We're the three bears of slackness.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

No thanks! I had tea and I think the space heater is kicking in, so I'm doing OK. Except now I want something to eat.

Re: the CSI unsolved murder episode this season: rumors are that it is going to end up being a season-long case, possibly following several killings by the same serial killer .

From Pharyngula - home of the Friday Cephalopod:

As everyone knows (or should know), October is the month named in honor of the octopus, and we're supposed to celebrate cephalopods every day. It culminates in the great festival of Octoween, when all the good children who keep molluscs in their heart are rewarded with sushi, while all the wicked children who think eight or ten arms are too many get surprised by tentacles rising up from the ground to snatch them away to a pelagic doom.

Whoever carved this is going to get a whole bucket of tako.
