"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

This is particularly cruel, as I am right now eating my dinner of ramen noodles. I hope everything was as good as it sounds?

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Also, I knew we should have taken outside pictures. Maybe then Cass would believe us.
No, if Nicole and I had managed even one more day of "Come and Enjoy the Pacific Northwest for We Are a Pretty and Interesting Place" instead of slounging in front of the fireplace and happily jabbering, then I might believe you.

[I would also like bonus points for tying those things together. Kthxbye.]
Much with the bonus points. That was impressive topical crossovering.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

I'm considering starting to do mini-lessons (my old mentor called them "grammar quickies") at the beginning of class from time to time. It's just difficult because some of the students don't know what an adverb is, and others can identify subordinate clauses.

Mad Libs!

What game might he have been into, and on what system? I am using Doom, but is there something a brilliant, geeky kid might have been playing which is better?

Have you ever heard of Oxyd? No shooting, lots of thinking.

"Mister Spock is on his fanny, sir. Reports heavy damage."

I gather there was car-racing talk that went on. I gather that, outside of 128, people actually get paid to take their lives into their hands and go careering around a quasi-circle at high speeds, occasionally crashing into one another.

Amateurs! We do it for free!! And do we have a pit crew? No! We have a Cumberland Farms. Can you get milk and magazines from a pit crew? I think not!!!

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Could it be co-opting?

The Discovery Atlas series is just notching up the hot narrators... I swear I listened to the one on China at least two times just to listen to James Spader's low sexy growl. Now Russell Crowe is talking about Australia.

I do love me a good voice...

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

That was my swan song, I am to bed. I shall play tomorrow instead.
