I am just back from a wedding reception and I am drunk!!! And the wedding reception was like my life flashing before my eyes. All these people I knew from all over that I didn't even realize knew that bride and the groom. Including one of the actors from the first play I stage managed at university 16 years ago that I hadn't seen since. It was craxy!!! My friend and I decided that A) Halifax has .5 degree of separation from everyone and B) we were surprised that Kevin Bacon didn't show up.
I had heard that the place where the reception was was haunted, so we grilled one of the staff at the place about ghosts. She told us stories that totally gave me goose bumps. It was awesome

I also got a lot of compliments on how nice I looked tonight. (In a dress I made myself.) So many that I started to think, "Wow I must really look like ass most of the time." I think it was just that I went all out with the make-up and I never wear make-up.
