The toes flex just fine, I can even move my foot up and down. It's any motion where I'd be putting weight on the ball of my foot, with the heel up in the air -- think of really high-heeled shoes.
I'm sorry. I was just thinking if you sat down, extended the sore leg, and flexed your toes (you know, toward your body) it might de-pull whatever you pulled.
It sounds very sore. I hope it feels better soon. Can you tolerate ibuprofen. I know Scott's doctor told him that at 800mgs, it has a great anti-inflammatory effect. You would need to take that size dosage with a decent amount of food though, to protect your stomach.
I've been told not to buy the Two Buck Chuck wine--apparently it's so bad you'll want to give a blow job afterwards to get the taste out of your mouth.
The 2-buck Chuck cabernet is a decent red wine -- good with pizza and pasta. It's not complex, obviously, but it's good and has yet to make me want to give a blow job. I see lots of people buying it by the case all the time.
I also didn't like their frozen burritos
I like the bean & rice frozen burritos (that's one kind of burrito; not bean burritos and rice burritos, BTW), but that's the only kind.
Sail, their coffee is quite good, and good prices. They have all kinds, from light to mega-extra-dark roast, and they have organic/shade-grown/fair trade coffee, also.
Their pumpkin granola (which is seasonal) is KILLER. As is their pumpkin butter (similar in texture and use to apple butter).
Their frozen fruits are really good quality and make yummy smoothies.
They have excellent beers and snacky food (the white cheddar puffed corn [like Pirate's Booty, only TJ brand] is like unto CRACK -- ask SA), and all the nuts in the WORLD.
My best TJs advice is to take your time and browse. AND they have a policy -- for real -- that if you buy something and don't like it, bring it back for a refund/exchange. How cool is that?
Oh, I meant to say about the TJs burritos: I really like the carnitas one, but I don't have a microwave, so I cook it in the toaster oven for like an hour. Not fast food, but still good.
I'm totally making an apple pie tomorrow. YUM!
Also - their pepper stir fry is a handy to have around when you need to cook something in a hurry.
They have salmon burgers that are nothing but salmon (no added oil or bread crums and anything - just Salmon and maybe spices . Easy, low fat, low carb, good for all diets.
Missing the days when the nearest TJs was not a 45 minute ride.
All the TJ's talk made me stop by there during my lunch. I got some of the yummy pumpkin granola, some meringue cookies, mini peanut butter cups and on a lark, the dry roasted edamame. Don't care for the edamame at all but one of my bosses loves it (she'd never tried it), so she took it off my hands. Win-Win I was tempted to get some potstickers but the kids don't like them, so I didn't.
Theo, yup. Wrap it tight enough that you can definitely feel it, but not so tight the leg is uncomfortable or useless.
Potstickers! I'd meant to try some of those. I have a standard TJ's weekend run, so I'll try it then.
I recently tried their freeze dried strawberries, and they were nasty--like tasty styrofoam--definitely only so good they could be. Yet--how good can anyone's freeze dried strawberries be?
how good can anyone's freeze dried strawberries be?
Ohhh my son loves those. I really can't eat more than 2 but he'll snack on 'em all day long. And yet? He doesn't like the potstickers or taquitos from TJ's. He's one freaky kid.
Is anyone else still watching Nip/Tuck? I feel like Kimber looks really different this year, but I can't figure out how. Less lip collagen? More? I should go compare pictures.
She's more
grounded
this year, Jesse. That's bound to show.
Or, basically, have no idea. Off to watch Supernatural.
Ha! That was my other thought, I swear.
