Librarian Warlord

This goes back a bit, but... what is the connection between a HAM radio license and hang gliding?

Ground/Air communication at sites where your driver or other pilots can lose visual contact. There are frequencies set aside specifically for hang gliders, paragliders, balloonists, etc.

Happy Birthday Burrell and Calli!

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

They didn't freak me out, because I thought mutually assured destruction was a logical deterrent (I did not think of it in those words). Then I grew up and realized that the world is chock full of whackaloons in high places (and low places, and medium ones), and it is no longer even remotely reassuring.
Jen is me.

And not just in the literal way.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Random question:

Has anyone ever heard the word 'stack' used as a slang term for a penis?

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

Has anyone ever heard the word 'stack' used as a slang term for a penis?

um, no. Although now I am thinking that "short stack" could be used for a small penis...

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Happy Birthday Burrell!

Happy Birthday Calli!

I think today was a Monday v. 2.0 instead of Thursday—walked into the office and was greeted with a crisis first thing. Ah well, it's essentially solved now.

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

um, no. Although now I am thinking that "short stack" could be used for a small penis...

Me, neither. But now I'm imagining fun things with syrup.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

So, I finally got a monitor for my computer (YAY!), but now I can't see my officemate! (BOO.) I guess I could shift it over a little, but that seems counter-productive. Hmmm.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

You want to see your officemate?

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Yay for the monitor at least!

Grr. Supershuttle just called and said they would be here in about 20 minutes, which puts them ahead of the already ridicously early pick up time.

At least Jess tells me there is free internet at the Jet Blue terminal.

What, not braving the human blenders with luggage all by yourself?!
