But now you have me curious!
Well, it depends on how strict they are, I guess. If they manage to have a nimyan every morning for "slikhot", then they should have somebody blow it then. Even if not, usually on the prayer that ends Yom Kippur (so, around the sunset on this coming Monday), they use it, too.

I'm sure there are some fairly strict ones. There seems quite a range.
Note to self: Don't stay logged on to Ebay or leave the kids around the computer.
Har! It's cute - I can see wanting it, even at three.

Hmm, I wonder. Some say the "slikhot" (=asking for forgiveness) late at night, some early in the morning. It varies by custom and by people's schedules.

OK, I have to go. I won't be able to even post whine-y-ly instead of thinking constantly about JZ and wishing her the best possible to wish for in these circumstances. But I will still think it.
Is anyone having problems with gmail this morning?
I am having gmail issues.
Nilly, I'm not sure which it is, dis or un overwhelming. But i'm overcommitted in terms of time.
sarameg, mornings are good. it's nighttime where I'm a crankymonster.
I am having gmail issues.
This is encouraging...people on my office are thinking maybe gmail is blocked.
I've been having gmail issues at home -- but I think that's more a my computer problem then a gmail problem.
I haven't had any gmail problems this morning.
I really liked Heroes, and liked what I saw of the second episode of Studio 60, though I fell asleep and missed the end.
I am having one nagging problem with S60, though -- I like the writing and dialog, and they do a really damned good job of making the characters interesting, but I'm still having a hard time caring about network executives and sketch comedy writers, even when they're played by Bradley Whitford, Matthew Perry, Amanda Peet and Stephen Weber.
Sean K! Yes: I mean it's one thing to be all into the innerworkings of the White House but it's really difficult to care as much and in the same way about the inner workings of a tv show.
