Xander: Look who's got a bad case of Dark Prince envy. Dracula: Leave us. Xander: No, we're not going to "Leabbb you." And where'd you get that accent, Sesame Street? "One, Two, Three - three victims! Maw ha ha!"

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

Kalshane - buy the archival CD of all your images - then start up with a new image hosting place.

I've already got them all on my PC still. Just annoyed by having to re-upload them some place else. I mean, I know it's a business and they're trying to make money, but I'm just "Dude, I have one of your cameras. I'm already a customer. Why screw me over?"

But maybe I have an over-developed sense of entitlement.

Where are all the cool kids getting their pictures hosted these days anyway?

AM home. Meeting was 2 hours.

That's so lame. {queue chanting headbangers}

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I'm all about flickr. Which reminds me, I need to pay up for another pro year. I think if you don't pay up, you can only see your last 200 pics.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

Tomorrow the temp is expected to be in the mid 50's when I go to work and approaching the low 30's when I come home. That's gonna be a lot of layers to lug on the train.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Ah damn, Matt. I hope your dad is okay, very soon.

October is DEFINITELY on the list.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

On the bright side, Dad feels fine except for a swollen leg, so it's head and shoulders above our last hospital stay. (It did my heart good to see him wolfing his dinner down so fast I had to ask him to slow down tonight, after weeks of him having no appetite at all.) But the possibility of anything going wrong as the clot dissolves is going to have me sleeping fitfully until it's completely gone.

I can imagine, Matt. I hope everything goes quickly and smoothly from here on out.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Fingers crossed, Matt. May the clot vanish and no new ones appear.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Dissolve, dissolve, dissolve.

Such is my wish.

Weird to think I can hang out at krav as long as I want all evening, come home, watch a bunch of stuff on TiVo without any penalty in the morning. As long as I make my 11:30 optometrist's appointment, it's all good. I can job search after that.
