This is not funny. This... this is a morality tale about the evils of sake.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I'm just glad I never started watching, even though I meant to! Also, why are we both on that email list? I don't even remember signing up!

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

Cybervixen! Hi!

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Hey, CV!

In a perhaps misguided move, I'm having hot chocolate with rum cream mixed in. This is, if I might be permitted to speculate on my motives, because I kinda don't believe a hangover could be worse. If I was really motivated I'd shoot for a suggested "rum coma" but I think that might take too much rum.

I know I have a high alcohol-specific tolerance for rum, but it's almost making me self-conscious. When I share some of my rum drinks with a friend I hang out with he can taste rum variations better than I can, up to a ceiling. And his "gack! ah!" ceiling is below where I can taste the rum over the other ingredients. I, however, am gagging on the sugar in the mixed drinks and he never notices.

Seems I have put enough rum cream into my hot chocolate to sweeten it significantly.

Hi guys! How is everyone?

Oh, and while I am here, a million congratulations to Hec and JZ for that BEAUTIFUL little girl!!!!! (Sumi sent me the link to pics - Matilda is lovely, and Emmett has gotten so big I am convinced he's a different kid.)

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Hi CV!

Things are good here, if much the same.

Well, I suck. Was just doing a drive by to get free tech answers. Now I'm gonna go back to "cleaning house" on my laptop. As per usual, sorry to run off so quickly. Sumiko keeps me informed of all the big happenings since I never have time to come by anymore!

Now tagless for your comfort.

Yesterday I decided I'm never having kids. Weirdly enough this article on childbirth made the idea seem more appealing.

I went through it and I might have rethought things if I had read this article. Ignorance, is, indeed, bliss.

Rum cream? There's RUM cream?

It's along the lines of Bailey. I have the plain stuff, and the coffee stuff. But once I've started drinking I can't quite tell them apart.

My hot chocolate is done. I feel psychologically better, and I'm sure there wasn't enough to actually make anything hurt more.

I might have rethought things if I had read this article.

Well, I'd certainly be agitating to find someone expert in forceps delivery. More expert than the people who delivered my sister and me--we both got cut.
