Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Hi CV!

Things are good here, if much the same.

Queen of the Drive-By

Well, I suck. Was just doing a drive by to get free tech answers. Now I'm gonna go back to "cleaning house" on my laptop. As per usual, sorry to run off so quickly. Sumiko keeps me informed of all the big happenings since I never have time to come by anymore!

Now tagless for your comfort.

Yesterday I decided I'm never having kids. Weirdly enough this article on childbirth made the idea seem more appealing.

I went through it and I might have rethought things if I had read this article. Ignorance, is, indeed, bliss.

Rum cream? There's RUM cream?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Rum cream? There's RUM cream?

It's along the lines of Bailey. I have the plain stuff, and the coffee stuff. But once I've started drinking I can't quite tell them apart.

My hot chocolate is done. I feel psychologically better, and I'm sure there wasn't enough to actually make anything hurt more.

I might have rethought things if I had read this article.

Well, I'd certainly be agitating to find someone expert in forceps delivery. More expert than the people who delivered my sister and me--we both got cut.

Plans for the weekend are hanging with juliana, smonster, amyth and KateP in Nashville! I'm at the airport now, should be boarding soon.

Cool—everybody be sure to take a swig of fernet or something similarly alcoholic for me.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

My car is covered in paint splatters and speckles. I thought it was just dirty, because, well, I hadn't washed it in three weeks. I only have street parking, and the doctor's office was getting painted, and I was parked on the corner.

This is my first ever new car! And it's only three years old. And I'm still paying on it.

My car was white, but now it's speckled brownish/yellowish.

SO ANGRY.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Hi/bye CV!

The cream liquor is tricky with the sweetness, it's true.

Allyson, you should try to get in touch with the painters. That shit ain't right.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Yeah, Allyson, I'd say there was a claim there. If they splashed your car, you might be able to get them to pay for the repair.

I forgot to add earlier, Yay job-having shrift!

I'm walking over to the doctor's office to ask for information in the morning. I'm so not looking forward to being bullied, which I just know will happen.

My insurance company said to tell the painting company, and they'll likely just pay for my car to be buffed out or whatever needs to happen, instead of having to deal with insurance.

But if they give me a hard time, I'm supposed to call them and let the insurance company scare the crap out of them.

I'm still just so angry.

Allyson, someone hit my new minivan in a parking lot about two months ago (I really don't even know when it happened). It's crazy making with the anger. I hope your insurance company can get the painters to pay. It's not a lot of money for them to have it buffed out--so I hope they do the right thing.

I haven't even taken my van to get it checked out yet because I'm scared of what it's going to cost to fix.
