I think it's all semantics once you reach the point where you're willing to shoot randomly at a bunch of innocent people you don't know. There's obviously no self-control or rational thought involved on the part of the shooter.

Found it. 2-alarm fire at 5th & Harrison. V. freaky to look out one's office window and see a giant cloud of black smoke, though.
