I get $25 gift cards for carpooling at work every 3 months and I always use them to get books for the niecphew (love this word). I take full responsibility for my niece's love of books. They are her favorite "toy" and it makes me v. v. happy.

Heh, that reminds me of a friend of mine, whose name is Doug... we've called him "Fresh" for years and years, 'cause of the Doug E. Fresh thing... a couple weeks ago, he got an endorsement pitch for the original Mr. E. Fresh to his gmail account, because his address has "fresh" in it!
