You definitely should, because (1) they violated the terms of your lease by entering the apartment repeatedly during the last month to paint, etc.; (2) when they entered the apartment -- ILLEGALLY -- to paint, etc., they DAMAGED items belonging to you (i.e., papasan, X-box [or whatever video game system that is]); (3) the painting and floor buffing they did when they entered your apartment ILLEGALLY has caused asthma attacks.

Exactly. Also, the way they have handled the security deposit over the last seven years is illegal. Because of that one thing, they are required to pay us triple damages, plus court costs and reasonable attorney fees. And that's not even taking into account their behavior the last three months.

Apparently not. Did I mention stress? I'm usually better about food. I'll have some grapes as a snack. How's that?

we're just trying to help, vw... it will be more stressful if you start passing out or getting sick because of lack of food/water/nutrition. Not eating for 24 hours is kind of alarming. Please take care of you. Triple damages + court fees isn't worth your health, for reals.

I know. I actually posted, because I was a bit alarmed to realize that I hadn't eaten in that long. Really. Lately, I've been eating ALL freaking day. So, there's lots of fat stored up :).
