Raq, I think those conservative types are always happy to save their own money, so they won't think of it as socialism. I think, however, you should charge them a percentage for "administrative fees" for bringing the idea to them.
I came in early enough to be at my desk for an 8 a.m. conference call. I still suspect that there's only a 50-50 chance it will happen. And if it doesn't, I'm still on the hook for a 1500 word article by Sept 21st.

After I bring everything up and introduce Toto to Current!Landlord, I will head back over to Cambridge to start cleaning.
Oh, and in logging news, Cambridge!Landlord had the stairwell completely blocked again today. Too bad my camera was in the car. Oh, well. Logging it anyway.

I'm cleaning the whole damn thing. Including the tub. Then I'm taking pictures of the state of the apartment before I leave, including pictures of inside the fridge. If they try to take out any money for cleaning, etc. from the security deposit, they'll be even sorrier than they're gonna be.
I'm being squeaky clean on this one, pun intended.
