I've been thinking of you lately as I have been working the bus system. Not loving it yet, as the schedule seems, shall we say, more of a notion than a guideline. Still, as winter approaches and I have an appointment that is more convenient on bus than rail, I'm on the corner thinking about you!

Me & technology, not getting along this weekend. I got home Friday to a frelled hard drive and an absolute lack of things like warranty paperwork, backup disks, etc. Argh. Had to contact ex about that, and I don't think he'll have an answer for me. Bleagh.
Got in to work today to find that the server upgrade had kicked me off of the system and wiped out many of my files, including half of my iTunes.
Me no likey the tech stuff today.

Beej, stick with it - you'll get the hang of it. And, yes, the schedules are more hopeful than accurate, but if you ride the same route you'll get a feel for when they run.

Kinda an odd day for me. DH#1 passed away on Friday the 13th. Which is only right if ya gotta go. I wrote about him a tiny bit in LJ. I'm tortoiseshell there. I lived with him from age 17 - 30, so many memories have him by my side. A little ~ma for his dear wife. She has a rough transition ahead.
