And Kaylee, what the hell's goin' on in the engine room? Were there monkeys? Some terrifying space monkeys maybe got loose?

Spike's Bitches 32: I think I'm sobering up.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

TJ's is not usually an option for me. The closest actually isn't that far away, but it's not very easily public transitable for me. But, since I've got mom's car, and it's right by where I'm going for Canadian Thanksgiving, it's a perfect plan.

I have to give mom her car back on October 18, as that's when she's allowed to start driving alone again and can easily pick it up. I'm gonna miss it. Although, I won't miss the gas prices (even though they've been going down).

ION, I am so completely disorganized right now. I paid bills yesterday, and I need to mail them. But, I can't find the address of where I send my health insurance premium. And, of course, the website only gives a phone number, which is COMPLETELY unhelpful till Tuesday. And the stupid thing is due on the 9th.

Me hateses them.

Woe to the fucking wicked.

I'm at work, getting ready for the hellions next week.

Later, I need to go to the store, and get milk.

Then, I'll be moving a little more firewood into the house, and possibly hanging some pictures.

move out and draw fire

You know what I'm missing right now? Pier 1. I would totally have gone shopping at Pier 1 today. Also possibly Cost Plus. World Market. Whatever it's called now.

I guess I have autumnal nesting urge.

I cooked breakfast. Go me.

And dinner last night.

I need to write 2 papers, add my part to the team paper, match some statistics symbols, and clean house.

AND, at some point, figure out what to do with my paperweight (dead computer).

OMG! Just ran to the grocery store to pick up the stuff I need for Canadian Thanksgiving Dinner, and it is GORGEOUS here today (71 degrees, at least!). I'm going to have to completely rethink my outfit for dinner, because I'm gonna roast in what I was planning on wearing!

The status is NOT quo.

Morning. Thank God for Vicoden, that's all I've got to say. I fell asleep about three nanoseconds after my last post and was blissfully pain-free all night.

Need to clean the house before 2 when landlady T. has her property housewarming party. It's 11. Suppose I should be getting up now, huh?

Art Crawl!!!

I have a little headache. Possibly from not drinking caffeine yesterday. Plus, I'm hungry because I've been up for HOURS - something like 6 and haven't eaten yet.

Also, I have to buy groceries and am damn near broke.

Hate this part of living.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

It's a beautiful day here too. Teacup Guy and I went to an art festival with Mom and then out for a big breakfast. Now Mom is making pizza and doughboys.

The family wants to go to SF for fleet week - to see the ships and watch the air show. Me - I'm just going "ACK-crowds" and "ACK-Homework".

One paper down, working on the online practice tool, then I need to work on the team paper. WHY did I let things slide? Oh yeah, life has been a touch nuts here lately.
