Happy Birthday, SailAweigh!
Toto is so very cute!
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Happy Birthday Sail!!!
Happy Birthday SailAweigh! Yay for flowers and breakfast!
meara ~ma!!
I haven't been around much lately but to prove I skimmed rather than skipped, I'll tell you about how I got all excited about a link Vortex posted for a Halloweentown snowglobe. My heart started beating faster as I clicked on the link because - snowglobes are cool, Halloween is the bestest holiday ever and I couldn't love Jack and Zero more even if they were coated in smooth milk chocolate.
I was only a little heartbroken when I saw that it was a snowglobe I already own, but now I'm curious about which snowglobe Jilli owns. Jilli?
In the middle of the night, mom's first night home, our dumb dog (Lee can affirm this fact) brought mom a bagel. No teeth marks. No slobber. Just - here, have a bagel.
Awww! That's the sweetest thing I've heard today. Maybe this week. Aw.
CRAP!
I said it in LJ and came over here to say it again and then I got all side-tracked by links and stuff.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, SAIL!!!
Heh - Nicole, you have met the dumb pup too. He absolutely ADORES mom.
I am at work. I will be leaving work in about 3 hours, picking K-Bug up from school for a coughdoctor's appointmentcough and then headed to THE A'S GAME!!!!
Not the least bit excited. Not me. Nope. Not at all.
eta - see the excitement over baseball temporarily made me forget to send BIRTHDAY WISHES to SAIL!!!! Hugs and glitter to you, darlin!
Suzi, you're a cool mom.
I said it in Natter, but it's worth repeating:
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, SAIL!
The dogs are taking over breakfast! It's got to be the first step in what I'm sure is an elaborate and not very well thought out plan for world domination. OTOH, better them than the cats.
Did anyone else read PS I Love You? The main character was a girl who wanted to be a romance novelist, and she, her sister, and her Mom went to do some house sitting in Palm Springs. Where she met a guy and there was romance! and turmoil!
askye, dude, I did. I am still trying to repress it but that book refuses to be denied.
Wow, I read it too, ages and ages ago - yet I seem to have skipped askye's post. It was one of the first romance novels I read, probably 12 or 13 at the time. There was another one about a girl who goes for a makeover at some department store counter and catches the eye of some older teen boy who, because of the makeup thinks she is more his age, and likes her. He's in a band or something.
Happy Birthday, Sail!
