I talked to another friend of hers, who has been on the phone with B. around other attempts, and she didn't think it was an urgent issue... but we're trying to figure out what next steps to take, family members to call, etc.
I am nervous about overreacting because she doesn't have insurance and a hospital visit could just ruin her financially at this point, and make the situation worse.
Requesting the Power of Buffista ~ma for a friend: After dealing with several miscarriages, fertility treatments which resulted in a pregnancy she carried successfully to five months then lost the baby, adopting a darling baby who is now 5ish, my friend Tina is preggers again. I want her to be healthy and happy. The thought of the possible joy is a great gift. I refuse to think of the alternative.
Much much much ~~~~~~~ma to your friend, WS.
Tons of pregnancy~ma and baby~ma to your friend, Windsparrow.
Goth pixie sounds wonderful, Aimee. Be sure to take pictures.
Hoping you're figuring things out, Nora. That's scary.
Much -ma to your friend, WindSparrow.
Goth pixie sounds adorable.
I'm about to eat some strawberry cheesecake ice cream with Magic Shell. Yum.
Oh! And glad to hear JZ and Matilda are home.
Yay for Team Zmayhem getting home from the hospital!
Thanks for the ~ma, folks.
Yay, for JZ and Matilda being home!
Incidentally, we already got one of the decorate-your-onesies from the baby shower in the mail.
I think it was from Beth and Matt, as it had a Fremont address.
Yay on settling in at home for Team Zmayhem.
Olivia turns 8 months tomorrow. She's been pulling herself up into a standing position all by herself all evening. Crap. I'm in trouble.
Goth pixie sounds adorable.
Goes without saying. Matching goth pixies, adorable overload.
A couple of friends brought their kids over so we could all go to the Fall Festival at one of the metro parks today. We got there around 11 and nobody was there. Walked around on the trails for a while and played on the playground. When I got home I checked the website. The festival didn't start until noon. D'OH!
