I for one, love hearing birth stories. They've never included chatter monkeys before and I love it!
BTW, since you are around, Hec, would you mind if I get your address from someone to send you all something? I don't want you to have to send it to me - I just wanted to make sure it was okay and then maybe someone else could e me with the info.
They will bite them right off, indeed.
...and chatter monkeys will BITE the fingers off people who are too bossy. They will bite them right off.
::hearts JZ so much, would have her babies for her in future::
Heh. I knew that you would ask those questions. He's 4'8". More than 80 lbs. We do have a passenger side front air bag.
What's the recommendation now anyway?
He could probably fit in the other side of the back, but he frequently naps on the way home on our commute and he couldn't do that with that car seat there.
How about if I put him in the recline position?
Hec, the American Academy of Pediatrics suggests all kids younger than 13 ride in the back. If that's impossible, then the seat belt needs to be fitted properly and push the seat back as far as it can go away from the airbag.
Oh, ChiKat, how hard for your family. So much -ma to all of you.
Suzi, I hope you get to talk to your mom soon and that her pain is way under control.

On a completely different note: JZ=hilarious with the bitey monkey talk.
Once again I'm using b.org for my venting
I thought: we’ll see it through, that’s what we’re always here to do…

(wipes eyes) Oh the birthing stories have all been so lovely to read. What a treat. (sniff) Thank you for sharing with us, David’s Brain, or David’s Typing Fingers, or whatever you wanna call it. Now I feel all melty.
Also, Happy Birthday Nicole! It’s like you got the special present to have a linked Birthday with our little Waltzing Matilda.
