Very convincing. Makes me completely want to put myself under government control. Please take me to where you can make me unconscious and naked.

Spike's Bitches 32: I think I'm sobering up.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Awww. I must one day venture to this magical land that is San Fran-CIS-co.

I predict...within the year.

Note to self: when TV comes up in a flirty getting-to-know-you-conversation, feel free to touch

You know if you put an indefinite article before "TV" you get a very different story here.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

Watching the season finale of the office, and it's making me sad. That's not supposed to happen with a comedy, right?

"In the equation E = mc⬧, c⬧ is a pretty big honking number." - Scola

Apparently over in this corner, my computer can see some wireless networks. Attempted to set up printer so I could draw up a getting-to-know-you activity for tomorrow, but was trumped by my lack of scissors. Then decided I would clean up a bit and make sure I had my stuff together, but was too headachey to think straight. Took a hot shower to get rid of headache, ran out of hot water (this is quite mysterious, as I have a water heater in my kitchen). Think I'll attempt sleep now. Tomorrow remains scary. Night!

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Good luck tomorrow, Emily!

You'll be great Emily! Congratulations and hopes that excitement keeps the scary away.

move out and draw fire

First-day-of-school-ma to all Bitches around the globe as needs it.

I think I got an hour, maybe two, of sleep. My eyes are incredibly bloodshot and my head is pounding. And the barista didn't put ice in my freddo! FReddo, people! Frozen!

It has not been a banner weekend.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Poor Raq.

I'm both excited and nervous for the teachers among us with new classrooms. Here's to a brilliant school year.

Good moving vibes, too, for them that needs 'em.

Poor, Raq.

August hasn't been the best month ever. You know what was good though?

May.

I rather liked May. There were bits of early July too. From about the 13th of July on can suck Cheney's left nut sack.

"Fuck Western ideologically-motivated gender identification!" Sulu gasped, and came.

So, first day back at school went pretty well. Kids v. cute, Barney the Dog has gone home with the best behaved (although it was a close call) and school dinner was teh yum. Learning happened. One of them is going to be quite a challenge in terms of learning to socialise and improving his English skills (and if he hasn't got over yelling 'Teacher!' at me by the end of the week he may not see his next birthday - I have a name, I have a big honking namebadge, LEARN IT, KID!!!). However, we survived, and so did the wee'uns.

Today I am starting my Healthy Living thing. Honestly. Which means, I think, that I need to go out for dinner. Because there is nothing to eat at home, and nothing but crap to eat from the corner shop...so I think that I need to go to the pub. Yes. Possibly.

Meanwhile - man, the array of DVDs one can buy here. Pirate DVDs, natch, but at 100 Baht a pop (which is, what, $3 or so?)...well, I'm planning on buying The 4400, The X Files, Desperate Housewives (S2), Lost (S2), Supernatural, Deadwood, and possibly even The Sentinel, just because it's there and there's fic.

Am going to eat, and then mayhap to the gym. Or a swim. Or something. Yes.
