Spike's Bitches 32: I think I'm sobering up.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"I love their text! It just has so much sub."

I don't know what a Tessen is, but clearly Robin Williams should have died before Patch Adams.

A Tessen is a fan made for killing people. It slices, it dices, it also looks v. pretty and comes with decorative art along the front and back.

It gets bonus points for being an obscure weapon and being shiny.

Oooooh. Tho' I probably shouldn't own one, as I'd take it to the club, and then when I become annoyed with someone, I'd have a temptation I really shouldn't. But still! A fan made for killing people!

Hey. New board.

Didn't one of the Mortal Kombat II characters use those?

It's that kinda logic that made me go "Ooooh! Want!" when I was seven.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

::takes deep breaths::

::prepares to meara::

Puppycat, cut that out.
Persactly. Though, I don't want to jinx it but, today she hasn't hissed at all. Well, not when I was around at least. So? Progress!

Oh, see. Even Cass wasn't up when I woke up.
Good lord, Cindy. That is a wacky internal alarm for certain if I wasn't around still.

I feel like it's all just Too Much and it manifests itself as general mental/social paralysis with all attendant failings in normal social niceties and behavior.
Oooh! I know this one!
Is there any limit to how much I can (heart) Tom Scola? Because I don't think there is.

Those exist? I never have mornings when I don't feel feral.
Pretty sure they're a myth.

Which is how my fascination with teh small humans and watching the wheels behind their eyes turn as they suss out the whole universe began.
It's my favorite temp job then as well, JZ, because you watching the wheels in tiny heads is always entertaining and lovely to read.

I was busy watching the cleaned-up version of Cruel Intentions. It's quite humorous.
I did this as well. Because I am an easy and cheap slutty slut when it comes to Ryan Phillipe. In my imagination, at least.

Oooooh. Tho' I probably shouldn't own one, as I'd take it to the club, and then when I become annoyed with someone, I'd have a temptation I really shouldn't. But still! A fan made for killing people!
Can I have one as well?

It's that kinda logic that made me go "Ooooh! Want!" when I was seven.
I am having that exact reaction now .

My house is clean after a frenzy earlier today. My uncle is here and has toddled off to bed. I am heading to mine soon as well but wanted to catch up and flop into the thread to say hi first.

There was more but my brain expired.

We just got in. dead, dead dead. I used to be a night owl, but that was when I got up after ten, not 7.I feel desparate for sleep, but am i doing it....nooo....

S to the A -- using they/them pronouns!

Cass, that was a very impressive meara. Good work.

It is a very nice day again, just like yesterday, and I should probably go outside and enjoy the lovely weather because it's going to disappear faster than Clark Kent's tie when a kitten's up a tree. But I have so much I want to be working on, so much I want to write and actually put together before I go start this new gig on Monday. I haven't figured out how to balance things enough yet; it feels like eternal catchup.

Which, of course, is why I'm watching season one Angel on SciFi instead of doing any of that. But I have coffee! That's an accomplishment, right?

Librarian Warlord

SA, I envy you your Angel and coffee. I am back at my desk, staring at the same article I was working on yesterday, determined to get it done so I can have the afternoon for working on a lesson plan. Blerg.

Although I don't think she'll read it for a bit:

Happy Birthday, Lee!

Hopefully, our well wishes will be first in her threadsuck, unless she just skips right over.
