I have no idea how to teach them anything at all at this rate.
Teach them to fear you!
I recommend pinching them sharply on the underside of the arm. Very tender in there. Give it a little twist.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

My dad used to do that to me. Never was spanked, but the soft side of my upper arm would be red.
Teacup Guy has his first meeting for his new job tonight. It started at 8 and it is going to take him at least an hour to get home. I have no idea when to expect him and I really don't want to go to bed without knowing he has arrived home safely.
Depending on the job, shouldn't be much past 10 right? Maybe I have a hang up with work stuff happening after 8.
Huh. I didn't know you could have vampires in Sims. That looks fun. "Bleh!"
Steph, if you get a chance could you email me? It may seem an odd request, but I have some questions, and I think you're the best person to ask.
Me Steph? Or one of the other Stephs?
So it looks like we'll be getting married on Friday the 13th. How utterly brilliant is that? VERY.
Sounds like it was meant to be Jars!
Congrats, Jars! Yay!
So the company I've been temping for the last three weeks has just hired the long-term receptionist, I guess yesterday, and brought her in today to show her around. Now, when I went on this assignment, I was told that it would be until the 29th of September, and while I appreciate that temp work can and does change very quickly, it would have been nice to know this, say, yesterday when they hired her so that I could at least try to line up work for next week. Actually, they haven't really told me yet--I overheard that she was starting on Monday when the HR person was introducing her to everyone. So I called my recruiter and she said she would find out what's going on. Maybe it's supposed to be a training period, and I'm being kept on while she's training? But it's not like this stuff takes a rocket scientist to figure out; I had the majority of it down in about a day and a half. So I'm kind of ticked off that they didn't tell me, and that I might not have work next week, at least not for a couple of days. Argh.
Also, it's really different way you're treated as a temp as oppposed to a full-time employee. I mean, it's not like I expect to be awash in greetings, and everyone's friendly; but they just gave her more information about the company, the people, and office policy in about ten minutes than they gave me at all. And it's stuff I should have known, not had to pick up on my own. Strange, this temping thing.
And as follow up, yeah. Last day today. I probably shouldn't have gotten as attached to this job as I did; it's not anything special. But it was a good place to work. I wish I'd had two more weeks. Looks like there's a gig at a hospital down in Dun Laoghaire, though, that I can start on Monday so at least there's no break in my paycheck.
