Those are terrific statues!

Parking in my old neighborhood was insane. People would block our driveway all the time and try to say "Well, it's not a real driveway, because it's not paved all the way out to the street!" The policemen we always called were not amused--especially when they used the "not a real driveway!" when my car was parked there.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Right now my brain is still trying to figure out who the fuck does that.

Rude fucking people who've been raised by car-driving wolves.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Right now my brain is still trying to figure out who the fuck does that.

Too many people, it seems. Deb Grabien has that sort of trouble all the time.

Of course I want you to have them move them

OMG sj you have my old neighbors! They don't have 5 terribly unruly (read: feral!) kids do they? I remember once I went to go to the grocery store one Saturday morning about a year after they had moved in and found that half of their yard sale stuff was in our yard. AND they were having people who were stopping at the yard sale park in our driveway because "they didn't think we'd mind". Yeah, there's a reason we sold the house and live on a boat. Frankly, sometimes I think that people are so rude and self-centered that they don't even think, they just do what's most convenient for them never even thinking about anyone else. So in conclusion: your neighbors are total asshats!! And they should thank their lucky stars that you are a much nicer person than they are and you didn't just have all the cars towed (which is what I would have done)

What is even happening?

Really, what's wrong with people? I don't even park in the driveways of my friends I'm going to visit (never mind their NEIGHBORS), unless it's illegal to park in the street, and even then, only once the friend tells me to pull in her yard.

The status is NOT quo.

Rude fucking people who've been raised by car-driving wolves.
What Cashmere said. Grr. Also snerk, because she put it so perfectly.

Only two feral teenagers, but at least the kids know where to park their cars.

Too many people, it seems. Deb Grabien has that sort of trouble all the time.

I remember this. I think she has had them towed in the past, which is what gave me the idea. What would Deb do comes in handy a lot.

They moved them before I could. I'm really not that nice. I was seeing about five shades of red by the time this was all dealt with. What pissed me off the most was the woman's attitude which seemed to suggest that I was going to say no big deal. That didn't happen. Me having to drag all my bags twice as far with a back that is about to crack any minute is a very big deal. Parking in Worcester sucks, so we specifically pay extra to have a damn driveway.

Oh I know!! That was always the former neighbor's attitude too. It made me so angry. I'm so sorry. Plus having to drag the groceries down the street. Man, I woulda killed someone. (Really we sold the house because we couldn't deal with them any more. 8 years was our limit)
