Can't even shout, Can't even cry. The Gentlemen are coming by. Looking in windows, knocking on doors. They need to take seven, and they might take yours. Can't call to mom, can't say a word. You're gonna die screaming but you won't be heard.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

in under the wire for Happy Birthdays to Trudy & Kara (and I meant to wish the happies all day..I'm not just doing it now so I can feel included as one of the perfect people...really!)

Tep, the tattoo is beautiful! I'm so getting another one this fall if my freelance job comes through.

I have new hairdo:

Raises hand (hah). Yep, Kristin. Walking to the parking lot after yoga a few years back, I stepped off the curb wrong and ended up straining my rotator cuff. Did pt for a bit, which helped a lot. It sucked.

My aunt just had rotator cuff surgery this week! I know she had her injury for a while, like a month or so, before she had the surgery. She kept thinking it was just a pulled muscle and it would work itself out.

I'm sorry I don't have any real useful information. I know it must be painful!

Mostly lurking...

Poor Kristin! I have no advice, but much sympathy.

Someone make me go to bed. Desperate Housewives is just too damned addictive.

Anti-inflammatories and resting it. Wish I could offer more. I did some stretching, but not at first - so chiro is probably the best step for now. Just getting from here to there.
