Talk about hitting the lottery! The opportunity to spend her golden time warm and safe and well-fed is going to seem like the feline version of manna from Heaven.
Bless your heart for taking such good care of her. Obviously, your commitment to her doesn't need to include a liver transplant! (I didn't know such things were available until I did some pet insurance research today) Safety, a little love and a peaceful, painless transition is so much more than so many of her kin could hope for.
She's one lucky kitteh. May her affection for you (once she gets her strength back) return even a fraction of what you have done for her.

Katie, think of yourself as cat hospice. You don't need to extend her life with a lot of medications and procedures that will mostly upset her. What you can and will do is give her a comfortable, loving home for as long as she has left. That's pretty amazing right there.
