Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

I too am hangover-free, yay! despite the large amouont of seriously spiked fruit punch I drank at the baby-dedication/1-year-anniversary ceremony/luau yesterday.

I remember that it's my friend's sense of humor and ability to remain cheerful no matter what that keeps me liking her, despite her selfish petty moments that piss me off. Ernesto knocked out their power and flooded their basement, and poured rain on their party, and she and her hubby were laughing through the whole deal. My other friends and I sat at a table with some people I didn't know, and drank and chatted and played with baby, and it was fun.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I'm glad the party was fun, Zenkitty.

Zenkitty, I'm glad it turned out to be fun for you. Less angst, more booze! Even if all the rum is gone.

What is even happening?

Zen yay for a good party. I'm so impressed by all the hangover free bitches!!!!!!!

Sj, I got my sleep beforehand, so I'm probably screwed for the day, but that'll be okay until later.

So, bitches...if you had a day off and didn't have any upcoming demands pressing on you, and could spend it (guilt free) any way you wanted, how would you spend it?

In a little coffee shop with a large latte and a good book.

So the people with the crazy dedication ended up throwing a good party? That's odd, but awesome!

I had a very odd evening, with a rather unexpected ending. And I'm not really sure it was a good plan. What's done is done, and it's not exactly that I regret, but....I'm a little worried there's going to be drama that I really don't want. Ay.

Hey. New board.

I'd eat a big brunch, visit the Museum of Modern Art, and then watch TV while cooking something delicious like fresh pasta. Preferably with somebody cute, but alone would be okay, too. After dinner, either sloppy makeouts or curling up with a good book and a glass of red wine.

Because books.

Whole day with old movies and junk food. And not moving off the sofa very often.

Assuming I had a laptop with internet capabilities, I'd be in a restaurant eating things that were bad for me as I surfed the net and wrote.

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

Morning, all. Need coffee.

Last couple of days have been busy, and I have seriously skipped and skimmed.

First of all, to Brenda, and I think, LibKitty, I got books! Thank you -- they are great. (and some of my books smelled great, and I THINK YOU KNOW WHY, Miss Brenda! Thanks, doll!)

I got a new phone! My first brand-new cell EVAH. (My little sister has always given me her old phone whenever she upgraded.) My old cell phone wasn't charging, and it was so old they didn't even have the batteries or the charger for it, so I bought a new one! A cheap new one, but still! I can take pictures! And check my email! It's so cool.

And can I just say how BEAUTIFUL it is here in KC today? Cause it is spectacular!!!

EDIT: Oops, not LibKitty. From NJersey? Who? Who? There are a couple of people it could have been, and I want to thank whoever it was.
