Shit's all sorts of different now.

Empress dear, I'm only flinching a little bit

Hee. I'll just never forget your face when I pulled out my celedon green, cable knit, turtleneck sweater last year. Priceless. :)

I did not break the Target link.

Vortex did.

Our wings are not tired

You should have seen the look on Pete's face when I turned up at their house wearing a brown courderoy kilt.

Was it "At last, my prince has arrived!"?

Whoohoo, Sparky! Good luck.

So, Jars, how many Buffistas does it take to get another Buffista married? You will be in the Boston area, after all.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

If anyone is interested, I posted my first school essay in my LJ. [link]

Keep in mind it's my first academic paper ever and therefore, not that fab.

I don't even know which Buffistas are in the Boston area. My American geography leaves much to be desired. Though I do now know that Vermont isn't in Canada, so that's a start. Also, the ceremony itself is me, the boy and however many witnesses we need. Other than that, we still have no freaking clue what's going on, pretty much.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

yay Sparky!

this is a wild ride you are starting Jars - but I am guessing you should be able to scare up a bunch of buffista support

What is even happening?

Looks like I'll be heading to your fair shores for my impending nuptials. Boston someplace, to be exact. And the boy wants to take me to New York, I think.

Meep! Close to Boston are DX Machina, Jon B, Nutty, Theodosia, vw bug, Frankenbuddha, Nora and Tom, Jen K, and me. A little further out are DX Machina, victor and thessaly, sj and teacup guy. I'm probably missing people (I'm sorry if I am). I keep thinking we have Emily, but we no longer have Emily, and that Kristin isn't all that far off, but she now is, and then my brain gets stuck.

Do you know when, Jars? Will your family come with you?

I'm not sure if there's a Boston mailing list like there is for other large urban areas with Buffistas, but if you want to find out which Buffistas live in the area and how to get on the list I'd check with vw bug. Although, now that it's been mentioned, I'm sure some of them will pop out of the woodwork to give you instructions.

Oh, wow, that's a lot of people. Wow. I hope I get to meet up with as many of you as humanly possible.

We're still not sure of the dates, but probably somewhere between the eighth and the fifteenth of October. My family won't be coming, because, you know, not really a real wedding and all . Boy's family might be attending things though. Plus I know I'll be having at least one day in the city, maybe more, so I can totally meet up with people at some point... YAY!
