My way is CLEARLY the sensible and right way to do things
Take too oldest children
both who think that way
take many years of to realize that how one does the laundry - will not change the fate of the world. really . and where it does - well, he cleans the kitchen and I clean the bathroom.
really getting off the computer now
This
Anyone else have the "which route do you take and why don't you go my way which is obviously infinitely more better?" arguement?
Has now become this
Me:
starts to open mouth, thinks better of it
Him: I know, I don't know why I always go this way.
Much faster.
actually - I just do the whole arguement
I don't know why you are going this way, it is the harder way. ,I would do it different. you just felt like it and Im not driving so I'll be quiet now
Seriously though, which would you think is easier? Heading south, then west or east then north then south then west. IT MAKES NOT WITH THE SENSE MAKING!
Joe would have his boys night out when he gamed. But now, because of Em, and because I work Saturdays, they game here. I very rarely take a girl's night. But then, I never really did.
Honestly, on my first time over for "gaming with the boys" on Saturdays, I had just as much fun hanging with you afterwards as I did gaming. Maybe more.
And coming up from O.C. to game with Joe and the boys is a good excuse to hang out with da Punk and you!
Recently, Fela did the cutest thing that helped me to see the progress we've made in communicating things like this.
He sometimes blathers...can't seem to stop his mouth from making the most obvious (which sometimes comes off as not!smart or even insulting) sounds.
A while back, we saw Mirrormask...in one scene a character is trying to pass off a common object as a magic charm. The other character says "That's a half a brick, isn't it?" Um. No. "Yes, yes it is. That's a half a brick...isn't it."
I used that phrase on Fela a couple of times when he seemed to be making things up to fill airspace when he didn't know what to say. I stopped because the 'teasing' was pretty condescending.
The other day, he started down the blather trail, but after about 30 seconds of me not bothering to challenge him he paused and said, "Wait. That was totally a half a brick."
I had to kiss him for the self awareness of it.
The moral? He shifted because he shifted...not because I poked him. That felt really good to me.
It just read like a question of being over needy- being called overly needy can make you sensitive to that.
I do apologize.
I apologize for my end of the misunderstanding, too. I didn't mean to make you feel worse.
Heading south, then west or east then north then south then west. IT MAKES NOT WITH THE SENSE MAKING!
It's Dallas, not so much with the road sense making already.
