That's my feeling, too. His works as a lead-in to both Troy/Harris and The Long Game.

I just listened to three straight guys wit a hockey podcast (“Empty Netters”) break down episode 5 and it was amazing listening to them be so into it and take it seriously!! (I’d seen snippets of them talking about other episodes on TikTok so decided to listen to the whole thing for this episode)

Yeah I heard about the other one too though haven’t listened to it.
I just reread all the books and man, I think they will have a hard time casting Ryan Price? Like, he’s described as a 6’7 mountain of a redhead! I am guessing they could just leave the redhead part out. But…I do wonder if people would (will?) be as into a story with a fey musician hero as opposed to two conventionally attractive dudes?

I've been wondering about both of those. My guess is that they'll make Ryan and Fabian a background story, but I hope they do more with them.
