If I want to become a cloud of bats, does each bat need a separate vaccination?

apparently it was a surprise treat from the powers that be for Maisie Williams because she is a big fan

Ok, this makes me less cranky about it. I just really REALLY hate "Shape of You" and seeing his face gets it stuck in my head.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

I don't mind his songs, but whenever I see him I get the impression that he would be surrounded by a cloud of yeasty feet odor.

Not javachik

Jamie Foxx was on the most recent episode of Graham Norton telling the story of when Ed Sheeran ended up living on his couch for weeks. He'd come to Hollywood to try to make it with his music, then someone steered him to Jamie Foxx, who I gather makes it a practice to try to help young up-and-coming musicians. So he told Ed, let's see what you've got, and took him to an event somewhere that Foxx described described as a black event. He asked the organisers to put Ed on and they said wow I don't know man he doesn't fit in here, and he said com'mon, give him a try. And he said in 12 minutes, Ed had gotten a standing ovation. And then he stayed at Fox's house for a couple of months. Between that story and I guess the cover story in Rolling Stone, I'm starting to like Ed Sheeran. He seems pretty grounded and hard-working, sword scar from playing at knighting, and game of Thrones Cameo notwithstanding.

"We have trust issues." Mylar

Arya is a mass murderer now, y'all. I'm still wrapping my head around that because it's awesome! Sansa has turned into something fearsome and glorious. I'm still wrapping my head around that because it's awesome. Lady Lyanna Mormont is nothing to fuck with (hat tip: Wu Tang Clan). I had already wrapped my head around that long ago but it's still awesome. Brienne of Tarh beating up on boys will never get old.

In short, women of the North for the win!

Next week: Lady Olenna meets Dany and that will be spectacular!

Because books.

I want to write all the Lady Lyanna Mormont fanfic.

Art Crawl!!!

Loved Nymeria finding Arya. I also love that the horses on Got aren't a ridiculous herd of Andalusian and Friesans.

That grays Cale cure is grotty and that transition from the gray scale to that guy's porridge? Extra grotty.

I hope that Jon makes it to Dragonstone. !Remindrr: Dragonstone is in between that northern port and King's Landing, right?

Woe to the fucking wicked.

Yeah, I'm not enjoying the grossness to food cuts they've been doing.

I assume Jon will make it to Dragonstone...less sure Dany will still be there, what with her plans getting significantly derailed. I wonder if Theon will have made it back...that would be...awkward.

Also interesting that it looks like it'll be Sansa in charge when Arya arrives at Winterfell. If she does get there, then I'm pretty sure that qualifies as Brienne's win condition. Unless Littlefinger screws it up for everyone.

Anyone else have the thought that the Missandei/Grey Worm scene sounded a lot like fic?

They're certainly tying up the loose ends they can while they can (Nymeria, Hot Pie). The end is, indeed, nigh.

I was remarkably short of fucks about the ship battle.

Because books.

The ship battle felt sort of tacked-on and overly frantic, especially when the rest of the episode sort of dragged.

I couldn't look at the grayscale scene at all, although kudos to Sam for attempting it. (And Ser Jorah for surviving it, I guess.)

I'm just heartbroken that Nymeria didn't go with Arya. I mean, I'm glad she didn't kill her, but I wanted more happy!reunion!

Honestly, of all the plot points I want them to be focusing on in the end game, Jorah Mormont's greyscale and Greyjoy Family Drama were not at the top of my list.

Why not send Sansa to Dragonstone? Leave Jon in the North where he needs to be doing military stuff, send the Crown Princess of the North to negotiate diplomacy. EXCEPT THAT JON SNOW IS THE LEE ADAMA OF THIS UNIVERSE AND DOES NOT MAKE GOOD DECISIONS EVER.
