Premium Cable: The Cursing Costs Extra
[NAFDA] A thread for the discussion of all original programming on HBO, Showtime, Starz and other premium channels.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
Yeah, I dunno about Coldhands, or how that relates to the books.
I am now more convinced than ever that Lady Stoneheart will in fact be appearing on this show. Possibly even next week. I know, I've called it once before this season, but after that preview I'm willing to give it another shot.
And HOLY CRAP THAT ENDING, THO!

If they have somehow managed to keep that a secret, I will be very impressed. Maybe they intentionally put all the focus on Jon's VERY OBVIOUS RESURRECTION to draw attention from Catelyn's secret resurrection. As someone on AVC pointed out, we're actually
gaining
Starks this season!

DAENERYS STORMBORN FOR PRESIDENT.
Is Margery's conversion genuine? I figured it was just a ploy, but now I don't know. I get Tommen caving in to her without seeing the consequences but otherwise I'm confused. I guess I thought Cersei would have more of a reaction, too.
DAENERYS STORMBORN FOR PRESIDENT.
I actually felt the hair on the back of my neck quiver when Daenerys came back and marshaled her army.
I'm pretty sure Margery just wants as many fanatics with swords standing behind her as she can get. Controlling the king's army and the sept's army seems like a pretty sweet deal, and she's always been better at the long game than Cersei.
Someday, I want to be able to say "hang on guys, just gotta go get my dragon" before a presentation. SOMEDAY.
I'm hoping Faceless Bitchy Girl can be somehow convinced not to kill Arya. So far this season we're up three Starks from last year (Rickon, Arya, Benjen), I'd hate to start losing them again.
The waif is toast. Arya's gonna stabbinate her and say "Not today".
The waif is toast.
Yeah, there are a handful of characters I feel are untouchable, even for GRRM, and Arya is one of them. (Also Tyrion and Dany and clearly Jon. Bran is too important now so he'll last. Sam may get a heroic death. Oh, I think Sansa is pretty safe as well.)
Has anyone seen a breakdown of Bran's vision? I've watched it twice and I can see a lot of it is just scenes from the show, but there are others of the Mad King for instance, that are new.
Also, Penny Dreadful, man. The Blade of Grass episode was incredible. Rory Kinnear is amazing.
Has anyone seen a breakdown of Bran's vision?
Where's Jeff Mejia!
The mad king is definitely in there yelling "Burn Them All."
Oooh, have you heard the fan-theory about the Mad King?
Where's Jeff Mejia!
exactly what I was thinking!
Oooh, have you heard the fan-theory about the Mad King?
um, no, I don't think so.
also, the visions where Ned was going after his sister, were we hearing the birth of Jon Snow, do you think?
